Property maintenance services include, among other things:

• Receiving fault reports and repairing detected defects in apartments or properties.
• Opening locked doors (subject to a service fee).
• Carrying out urgent repairs, such as water leaks and blocked drains.
• Handling other contractual tasks in accordance with the maintenance manual, as well as being responsible for general services, outdoor area maintenance, and cleaning.
